Peggy Tu is the Public Education Manager of World Vision Hong Kong, an international humanitarian organization working in nearly 100 countries. Peggy has worked in WVHK for over 10 years, during which she has met people devastated by natural disasters, wars, and food shortage in Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. Her passion is to be 'a voice for the poor and inspire youths to care about global poverty. She hopes more young people are willing to pay the cost to make the world a better place for the poor. She earned her degrees in Geography and Environmental Policies from the UK

ROB LILWALL

A former geography teacher and self-proclaimed “normal guy” who has walked across the Gobi in winter, braved the jungles of Papua New Guinea and cycled across Afghanistan. Rob has presented two National Geographic TV series, and The Guardian called his first book “a two-wheeled classic.” When Rob isn’t being chased by bandits, camping at minus 40, or crossing deserts, he spends his time on speaking, writing and charitable work.

He is a graduate of the Universities of Edinburgh and Oxford and a member of the Global Speakers Federation. Based out of Hong Kong and Singapore, he is one of Asia Pacific’s most popular conference speakers.

Doug founded Kuaka New Zealand with the vision of creating a truly sustainable business guided by the premise “to enhance New Zealand”.Doug has been in leadership roles for over 40 years. Today, his leadership is as a businessman and an educator. This role is based on collaboration, engagement & commitment of group members so they see their visions realised as part of being in a group. As an educator, Doug has managed a tertiary campus, developed & run many high school & university level programmes & has engaged a PhD study of the Kuaka experience & its model of sustainable practice. Currently Kuaka New Zealand develops international high school study tours & credit programmes with USA college classes, delivered in New Zealand.

Doug truly understands the importance of educational travel. After winning a national leadership scholarship in high school he himself had a life changing experience travelling to USA as a youth envoy.
