Aimed at giving participants an appreciation of how to set up and run a group to address GIN so that it has the best chance of being successful in the longer term. This Workshop gives groups of student experience for building a group in a school so that it is very focused on what it is possible to do and how to keep new members enlisting in projects over the years.
This highly practical "how to" approach will ensure any efforts to address GIN issues has a far greater chance of being sustainable in the school. This workshop is aimed to be aware of how to build sustainable projects in a school.
